Jeffrey D. Rubenstein, Esq. has dedicated his career to developing innovative solutions that address complex challenges. He began to focus on how to improve operational efficiencies in the emerging post-COVID work environments.

Recognizing that traditional customer relationship management (CRM) and operational systems fail to capture the nuances of the numerous micro-interactions that occur each day in every business, Jeffrey envisioned a solution that would fill this gap.

The Birth of FrontRace

Our journey began when Jeffrey began to focus on the importance “micro-interactions” have on the success or failure of organizations. He observed that it was the smallest interactions (e.g. – quick call, short email, after-hours contact, etc.) that often held the key to the biggest outcomes.

In addition, the challenges created by Work-From-Home (WFH), Hybrid Work, and continual video conference calls – have made traditional managerial tools less valuable. 

These realizations led to the creation of FrontRace and its revolutionary Activity Intelligence Management (AIM) solution.

FrontRace allows organizations to capture, track and analyze the core activities their staff completes each day – every call, email, message, meeting, video conference, etc. This tool is now essential in today’s work environment.
