The Birth of FrontRace

Our journey began when Jeff started routinely measuring the activities of customer-facing team members at his previous companies. By analyzing this activity data, he discovered patterns of behavior that lead to higher productivity, better ROI, and overall success. This was especially critical as working from home became increasingly common and daily team communication reduced.

These insights inspired the creation of FrontRace and its innovative Activity Intelligence Management (AIM) solution. FrontRace enables organizations to capture and analyze daily activities from their existing tools—calls, emails, text messages, meetings, video conferences, and more—to identify success patterns and best practices. In today’s evolving work environment, this tool has become essential.
